Overall, the item was just as pictured and the shoes were very sturdy but a couple of buckle straps did not fit. They were too small to even strap around my ankle. I cannot wear them with that being an issue. I have tried to reach out a couple of times via email requesting a refund but have not received any word back. I am giving this review A 2 stars because of their customer service. I always get automated response and never a reassuring response.

AMAZING. These shoes are SO COMFORTABLE. I was able to wear them off and on for about 12 hours with very little pain (I NEVER wear heels, so if you're used to wearing heels I'd imagine that these would be perfect for you!)

These shoes are very elegant looking, and comfortable.
